Manage daily debt recovery activities for US customers, chase overdue accounts via calls/emails/letters, investigate disputes, agree payment plans, complete insolvency forms, allocate payments in accounting systems and Salesforce, maintain data integrity and KPI metrics (collection, recovery, write-offs, retention, compliance).

Lead the global Point of Sale product organization across hospitality, retail, and service markets. Own POS vision, strategy, roadmap, commercial outcomes, payments attachment, AI capabilities, and platform evolution. Manage and develop multiple Product Manager teams while partnering with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, and executive leadership. Drive merchant growth, adoption, revenue, and roadmap delivery across international markets, presenting major product decisions to executives and the board.
