Develop and execute technology sales strategies for Mid-Tier and Fortune 1000 accounts. Build new client relationships, expand existing revenue through cross-selling, manage executive-level relationships, establish partner opportunities, forecast sales, and close enterprise IT solution deals. The role sells data center, cloud, collaboration, network infrastructure, AI, and other technology services, with travel up to 30% primarily within the local territory.

Coordinates data and process activities for a Managed Services Center, including ServiceNow CMDB reconciliation, data entry and validation, contract updates, quality assurance, task tracking, documentation, auditing, and business continuity support. Collaborates with internal teams and vendors to maintain accurate records, resolve discrepancies, and support ServiceNow operations. The role is remote and highly keyboard-intensive.

Manage support billing requests, invoicing, invoice distribution, data entry, modifications, and issue resolution across multiple divisions. Use Excel, Word, ServiceNow, Ariba, Coupa, and EDI while meeting recurring deadlines and maintaining accurate procedures. The role requires collaboration with internal and external customers, process improvement, critical thinking, and cross-training within the Billing department.
