Own commercial growth for multiple early-stage B2B software ventures in South Florida. The role spends roughly 70% of its time prospecting, managing pipelines, presenting, negotiating, and closing new customers, with the remainder focused on building relationships across entrepreneurial and private-capital communities. The successful candidate will create target customer profiles, develop outbound processes, maintain CRM data, and convert executive networks into recurring revenue. Fluent English and Spanish and an established South Florida network are essential.

Develop and execute the investment pipeline across sector roll-ups, GP stakes, fund-of-funds, and growth strategies. Responsibilities include originating and qualifying opportunities, building relationships with family offices, RIAs, and institutional allocators, supporting due diligence and deal execution, preparing investment memos, attending industry events, and partnering with the Managing Partner on platform growth.

Own capital relationships across M&A advisory and investment vehicles. Build relationships with institutional allocators, family offices, RIAs, and advisor networks; lead fundraising for VC funds, sponsor deals, and SPVs; support M&A mandates; establish distribution partnerships; educate investors on private markets; source mandates; and coordinate compliance, onboarding, and Regulation D requirements.
