Identify, qualify, and build relationships with institutional capital sources for Series A+ clients. Manage investor outreach, coordinate meetings, conduct market intelligence, advise on investor appetite and deal structures, and report to the Managing Partner.

Lead origination and end-to-end execution of sell-side M&A mandates for founder- and family-owned lower-middle-market companies (approximately $5M–$50M EV). Manage deal processes (CIPs, financial models, buyer outreach, management presentations, LOIs, purchase agreement negotiation), build PE and strategic buyer coverage, partner on firm strategy and platform development, and mentor the team. Compensation is 100% success-fee revenue share; partner-level originator role.
