Teams at Episode Six

Lead new business and upsell efforts in Japan for a cloud-native payments/issuer-processing platform. Build pipeline, close enterprise deals with financial institutions, manage client relationships, track KPIs, execute strategic sales plans, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet revenue targets.

Provide implementation and post-implementation support for E6's Java-based payment platform. Work with clients and internal teams to deploy products, triage and resolve incidents, participate in on-call rotation, mentor teammates, and drive process efficiency and automation.

Serve as primary client partner for Japan accounts: build relationships, run governance forums (Steering Committees, Business Reviews), ensure KPIs, identify growth opportunities, manage commercial change requests with internal teams, maintain forecasts and invoicing, and support contract renegotiations.
