Teams at Episode Six

Monitor, investigate, triage, and respond to security alerts and incidents in a hybrid-cloud environment. Maintain EDR, SIEM, vulnerability scanning, and other security technologies; review logs, analyze events, support vulnerability management and incident response, conduct compliance reviews, document findings, deliver security awareness training, and participate in on-call and weekend support rotations.

Lead technical projects from initiation through delivery by defining scope, planning activities, coordinating resources, maintaining documentation, managing risks and dependencies, and reporting milestones. Collaborate across Product Management, Engineering, Support, customers, and geographically distributed stakeholders. The role requires 5–7 years of project management experience, including two years in fintech, plus Agile and cross-functional delivery experience.

Develop and review high-performance Java software for cloud-native payment infrastructure. Lead the software development lifecycle, define sprint goals, support product launches, ensure operational stability and security, and provide technical leadership and mentorship. Collaborate with product managers, architects, stakeholders, and clients to align solutions with business and regulatory requirements. Document architecture, create developer guides, and support knowledge transfer.
