Provide in-person case management to ~35 participants: assess needs, create and implement individualized service plans focused on housing, link to services (health, behavioral health, substance use, legal, employment), document services, support planned program exits, and ensure compliance with agency and funder regulations.

Lead and manage the Support Services program delivering client-facing social work for residents. Hire, supervise, schedule, and evaluate staff; ensure contract compliance, documentation accuracy, reporting, budget management, and successful resident stabilization during rent-up. Coordinate with partner agencies and provide clinical supervision, crisis intervention oversight, and program development to meet service objectives.

Manage HR compliance and workplace safety by conducting audits, payroll checks, and policy updates; support OSHA/Cal‑OSHA programs, incident tracking, training, and regulatory filings; collaborate with HR and Safety leaders to mitigate risk and ensure legal compliance.
