Leads Epirus’ marketing and communications strategy, executive messaging, external narrative, media and press relations, government and defense media relationships, events, thought leadership, and investor-relations support. Establishes measurable marketing frameworks, directs creative partners, monitors relevant news and competitor activity, and manages a small team. Partners closely with executive leadership to position the company and communicate complex defense technologies to external audiences.

Leads PCBA category sourcing and supplier management from proposal through production and contract closeout. Develops supplier strategies, negotiates pricing and terms, evaluates manufacturing capacity and quality, and conducts make-versus-buy and total-cost analyses. Partners with engineering and production teams on specifications, manufacturing readiness, capital equipment, and supplier risk mitigation. Manages spend, supplier relationships, audits, new technology transitions, and supply chain projects while mentoring team members.

Leads manufacturing technicians and manages daily production priorities, coaching, reviews, training, work instructions, equipment safety, calibration, and build validation. The role serves as a technical working lead, contributing approximately 30% of the time to electro-mechanical hardware assembly. It collaborates with engineering, procurement, continuous improvement, and leadership to improve production efficiency, maintain qualifications, and meet customer delivery goals.
