Requires strong written and oral communication, sound knowledge of document review and e-discovery, familiarity with litigation management software and the U.S. judicial system, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and an LLB. Support senior project managers on settlement and claims administration matters by coordinating tasks, tracking court-driven deadlines, translating requirements, managing client communications and data intake, performing quality checks, maintaining documentation and trackers, escalating issues, and contributing to process improvements while developing toward a full Project Manager role.

Lead Epiq’s legal AI advisory business, helping enterprise legal and compliance teams select and implement AI solutions. Build strategic partnerships, develop AI innovation programs, guide workflow-agent creation, and oversee training, office hours, labs, support, and change management. Collaborate with legal technology SMEs, engineers, and governance professionals while advising global law firms and enterprise clients on AI best practices, use cases, ROI, and adoption.
