Leads multiple client implementations, contract changes, and internal projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities include training clients, consulting, data migration planning and execution, workflow and process customization, client relationship management, documentation, and project management. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, independent technology learning, and accountability for project outcomes in a fast-paced environment, with potential travel of 5–10%.

Builds and maintains automation for cloud, network, and security operations. Develops scripts, infrastructure-as-code, internal tools, dashboards, and repeatable workflows using AI coding assistants. Supports cloud provisioning, firewall and DNS configuration, vulnerability management, testing, debugging, and documentation under senior guidance.

Supports technical tasks, research, analysis, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional projects while gaining practical professional experience. The intern provides technical support, participates in learning activities, communicates with stakeholders, identifies process improvements, and assists with reports and presentations. No prior experience or certifications are required, though relevant education and related experience are preferred.
