Supports end-to-end eDiscovery operations across the EDRM lifecycle, including data ingestion, processing, hosting, searching, review support, quality control, exports, and document production. Uses Relativity and Nuix to manage electronically stored information, troubleshoot workflows, generate reports, and maintain process documentation. Collaborates with project managers and cross-functional teams while managing multiple deadlines and contributing to operational improvements.
