Teams at Epiphany Dermatology

Provide histology laboratory support for a multi-site dermatology practice: embed, section, stain (including IHC), accession specimens, maintain CLIA records, assist Mohs surgery, manage lab send-outs, follow safety protocols, and document results in the EMR while supporting quality and compliance.

Lead day-to-day clinic operations while providing hands-on patient care (70-90% of time). Mentor and coach staff, manage schedules, improve workflows, run team huddles, handle patient and provider communication, and ensure high-quality clinical service in a fast-paced dermatology setting.

The Clinic Manager oversees daily operations, mentors staff, ensures quality patient care, and maintains team morale while leading by example.
