Provide histology laboratory support for a multi-site dermatology practice: embed, section, stain (including IHC), accession specimens, maintain CLIA records, assist Mohs surgery, manage lab send-outs, follow safety protocols, and document results in the EMR while supporting quality and compliance.

Supervise clinic operations, staff scheduling, coaching, workflow improvement, patient service, and front- and back-office activities. The Clinic Supervisor serves as a working leader, providing direct patient care, resolving issues, leading team huddles, and supporting the launch of a new dermatology clinic. The role requires maintaining quality care, optimizing access, mentoring employees, and creating a positive, collaborative workplace.

A 12-month immersive dermatology training program for licensed, board-certified Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Participants complete didactic education, clinical rotations, hands-on practice, and milestone assessments in El Paso or Dallas, Texas. Successful graduates receive guaranteed placement at an agreed-upon clinic and must commit to a five-year employment contract. The program offers a $60,000 annual training salary, potential performance-based compensation, benefits, relocation assistance, housing support, and eligible expense reimbursement.
