Supervise daily clinic operations while providing direct patient care, coaching and mentoring staff, managing schedules, improving workflows, and maintaining high standards of patient service and treatment quality in a dermatology practice.

Lead operations for 22 dermatology clinics and 300+ employees across a multi-state region. Responsibilities include P&L ownership, financial and clinical performance, regulatory compliance, KPI monitoring, workforce management, physician engagement, growth initiatives, acquisition integration, clinic expansion, and patient experience. The role requires strong leadership, healthcare operations expertise, relationship-building, and travel up to 60% within the assigned region.

Provides dermatologic patient care, including histories, examinations, diagnosis and management of skin conditions, biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, treatment education, preventive care, documentation in an EHR, and collaboration with dermatologists. Requires an accredited Physician Assistant program graduate, NCCPA certification, licensure, and at least two years of dermatology experience.
