Set creative direction, design standards, patterns, and quality thresholds across teams. Use research, analytics, and business strategy to guide decisions; prototype in code; evolve design systems for people and AI agents; and establish principles for trustworthy AI-driven experiences.

Partner with RevOps and Sales leadership to define GTM success metrics, build segmentation, scoring, and forecasting models, improve data quality and instrumentation, and create scalable self-serve measurement and KPI frameworks to steer enterprise revenue.
