The Principal Scientist will lead the development of bioanalytical strategies, oversee assay development, collaborate across teams, and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include data analysis, troubleshooting, mentoring, and managing CROs.

Designs and executes in vitro pharmacology studies to evaluate CRISPR-based epigenetic therapeutics. Develops and optimizes cellular assays, cultures and engineers mammalian and iPSC-derived disease models, performs molecular and cellular analyses (PCR, Western, flow cytometry, NGS), evaluates viral and non-viral delivery, generates high-quality datasets, and contributes to reports and regulatory documentation to advance preclinical programs.

Design, execute, and analyze in vitro experiments to advance CRISPR-based epigenetic therapeutics. Develop and optimize cellular and tissue assays, characterize viral delivery and gene regulation activity, generate high-quality datasets (qPCR, dPCR, NGS, flow cytometry, imaging), and collaborate cross-functionally to drive candidate selection and translational studies.

Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO: manage complex calendars, coordinate executive/board/investor meetings, prepare presentations and materials, handle confidential information, track projects and cross-functional initiatives, coordinate travel, and collaborate with Legal, Finance, HR, and Communications to drive executive priorities.
