Supports growth, product development, recruiting, training, regional operations, and market expansion for an education startup. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, testing new initiatives, improving customer and enrollment outcomes, developing talent systems, gathering frontline insights, supporting learning-center launches, and building scalable operating processes. The role is intended for an entrepreneurial early-career professional with strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Administer Epic’s corporate identity, access, endpoints, applications, devices, and employee IT support. Manage onboarding and offboarding, access reviews, authentication and device standards, MDM provisioning, asset inventories, procedures, and audit evidence. Support SOC 2 or similar compliance activities, security reviews, and incident response while partnering with infrastructure and people operations. This is a fully remote, US-based role supporting a global engineering team.

Design, build, and ship end-to-end full-stack features across web front-end and back-end; make architecture and API decisions; ensure code quality and testing; mentor engineers; lead technical reviews and RFCs; use AI-assisted tools responsibly; and participate in production support and post-mortems.
