Manage private client insurance relationships from renewal through completion, providing trusted advice, advocacy, and exceptional service. Responsibilities include renewals, remarketing, account rounding, identifying sales opportunities, resolving client and carrier issues, onboarding support, and collaboration with advisors and account managers. The role also mentors and trains Private Client Associates, supports process improvements, fosters carrier and team relationships, and helps meet departmental goals.

Manages complex employee benefits clients, serving as lead relationship manager and overseeing service delivery, strategy development, vendor management, RFPs, procurement, implementations, compliance, reporting, and cost-containment initiatives. Develops customized Health and Welfare strategies, analyzes plan financials and utilization, resolves escalated claims, supports business development, mentors associates, and coordinates multidisciplinary teams and client deliverables.

Build and operationalize insurance analytics, dashboards, visualizations, and data science solutions for Property & Casualty business lines. Collect, cleanse, and integrate insurance data; conduct exploratory analysis; develop statistical and database-driven solutions; prototype innovations; and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with solution engineers and business partners to deploy analytics on Azure Databricks.
