Support brokers and service sports-related commercial insurance clients by managing EPIC's customized certificate issuance system, servicing specialty insurance programs, producing submissions/proposals/reports, communicating with insureds, carriers and certificate holders, and handling routine client inquiries and administrative tasks.

Perform financial and actuarial analysis of client claims to develop budgets, rates, benefit costs, and reserves; review experience reports; manage underwriting support; analyze renewals and carrier proposals; prepare and present financial findings to clients; evaluate client risk and recommend carrier/product solutions; support service and quality-improvement initiatives.
