Develop and manage referral partnerships across the DMV and Mid-Atlantic region (funeral homes, hospitals, law firms, associations). Conduct in-person outreach, represent the company at events, maintain CRM and referral pipeline, track partnership outcomes, and collaborate with leadership to drive referral growth.

Support anatomic pathology and private autopsy services by assisting autopsy examinations, tissue dissection, specimen preparation, gross descriptions, photography, specimen management, QA support, and travel-based case support. Contribute to workflow improvements and operate under attending pathologist supervision in a growing practice.
