Provide direct patient care under licensed staff direction, assist with patient comfort and nourishment, communicate with care teams, maintain accurate records, follow nursing practice model and shared leadership, adhere to safety/infection control, perform physical tasks (lift/position patients), work varied shifts including weekends and overtime, and use basic computer skills.

Under provider/manager guidance, performs routine ophthalmic tests, documents patient medical histories, and may assist with minor surgical procedures. Delivers friendly, professional customer service, follows organizational values, and works in a clinical setting with potential exposure risks. Must be able to move/position 25 lbs and have ophthalmology experience.

Provide front-desk support for a primary care/ENT clinic: schedule appointments, answer phones, greet patients, obtain insurance pre-certifications, scan and retrieve medical records, schedule specialist visits, and enter patient charges. Maintain excellent customer service and use Office Practicum and Microsoft Office tools.
