Drive design reviews, DVT, field reliability, cross-functional collaboration, mentorship, and tradeoffs for performance, cost, and manufacturability.

The Robot and Automation Programming Specialist will develop, program, and implement robotic automation systems to enhance manufacturing productivity, integrating systems, troubleshooting, and leading projects.

Lead design and sustainment of PCBA test fixtures, drive failure analysis, support testing, and mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced environment.
