Design and execute mechanical and electrical test procedures, develop wiring diagrams and test documentation, perform thermal and life-cycle testing, troubleshoot production/RMA failures, support PCB and lab testing, and assist manufacturing and customer support.

Lead and improve customer-facing RMA, returns, repair, and warranty processes. Own end-to-end lifecycle, drive cross-functional resolution, define KPIs, manage RMA facilities and ERP systems, lead the RMA team, and improve turnaround time and customer satisfaction.

Lead site EHS operations at a manufacturing facility: floor presence, compliance inspections, JHA program management, incident investigations and CAPA, contractor safety, training, EHS system administration, and contributing to ESG and reporting metrics.
