Lead full-cycle recruiting for technology roles across government, state, and commercial contracts. Source, screen, interview, and close candidates; develop hiring strategies; manage recruiters and coordinators; ensure compliance (OFCCP knowledge preferred) and use Zoho ATS to track candidates and optimize processes.
