Manage post-sale lifecycle for an assigned portfolio to drive retention and profitable growth. Onboard customers, prevent churn, identify expansion opportunities, handle escalations, maintain CRM records, coordinate with internal teams, manage AR and orders, and provide consultative client services.

Inside sales role focused on lead generation, qualifying prospects, setting appointments, and closing small-CPG customers. Manage CRM records, deliver presentations and proposals, meet weekly KPIs, support market research, and provide ongoing customer service to drive US market growth.
