Drives business development and sales growth within the law enforcement market. Develops sales strategies, identifies agency opportunities, builds relationships with public safety stakeholders, presents and demonstrates solutions, negotiates contracts, manages CRM pipeline reporting, attends industry events, and ensures compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards.

Create digital and print marketing assets, capture and edit photo/video, maintain brand standards, support social media and website updates, coordinate projects and trade-show/event execution, and manage digital asset libraries while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end product development programs for digital night-vision cameras, managing customer relationships, cross-functional teams, budgets, proposals (including TINA), NPD stage-gate adherence, and product launches while ensuring on-time delivery and compliance.

Lead end-to-end design and lifecycle ownership of ruggedized imaging and embedded devices. Develop high-speed digital, low-noise analog, mixed-signal circuits, compact power systems, and multi-layer PCBAs. Perform FPGA bring-up, board validation, troubleshooting, and coordinate cross-functional integration with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams. Ensure manufacturability, reliability, documentation, and continuous hardware improvements.

Manage accounting and financial analysis including month-end close, journal entries, P&L and cash flow forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Support government compliance (DCAA), inventory and cost tracking, automate dashboards (Power BI), and partner cross-functionally to inform strategic decisions and improve financial controls.

Design, develop, and optimize assembly manufacturing processes, tools, and fixtures. Drive continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma), perform failure investigation and root-cause analysis, create work instructions and FMEAs, support quality/audits, train operators, and collaborate with design, quality, suppliers, and production to ensure product conformance and productivity targets.

Supervise assembly lines and hourly staff, enforce SOPs and ISO 9001 standards, manage material flow and WIP, hire and coach employees, drive continuous improvement and 6S, approve time, and coordinate with HR and plant leadership.

Develop, test, and debug embedded C/C++ firmware and hardware integrations. Interface with sensors, actuators, and comms (UART/SPI/I2C/CAN/BLE). Debug Linux boot/kernel/driver issues, use lab equipment, document designs, participate in reviews, and support MCU/FPGA and real-time system development.
