Perform incoming metrology inspections, collect and analyze measurement data, conduct supplier audits, support root cause investigations and corrective actions, document inspection results, program vision measurement equipment, and collaborate with QA, Design, and Manufacturing to ensure parts conform to drawings and quality standards.

Lead end-to-end product development programs for digital night-vision cameras, managing customer relationships, cross-functional teams, budgets, proposals (including TINA), NPD stage-gate adherence, and product launches while ensuring on-time delivery and compliance.

Design, test, and develop electro-optical systems by integrating optical, mechanical, and electronic components. Create and validate designs, fabricate custom test fixtures, support production readiness, work with external manufacturers, and maintain documentation. Implement process improvements, ensure quality assurance and PLM compliance, and support manufacturing and reliability testing.

Create digital and print marketing assets, capture and edit photo/video, maintain brand standards, support social media and website updates, coordinate projects and trade-show/event execution, and manage digital asset libraries while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end design and lifecycle ownership of ruggedized imaging and embedded devices. Develop high-speed digital, low-noise analog, mixed-signal circuits, compact power systems, and multi-layer PCBAs. Perform FPGA bring-up, board validation, troubleshooting, and coordinate cross-functional integration with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams. Ensure manufacturability, reliability, documentation, and continuous hardware improvements.

Lead the site quality function, maintain AS9100D-compliant QMS, oversee audits, non-conformance/CAPA/MRB activities, supplier quality, statistical analysis, First Article Inspection, and manage quality staff to meet customer expectations.

Manage accounting and financial analysis including month-end close, journal entries, P&L and cash flow forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Support government compliance (DCAA), inventory and cost tracking, automate dashboards (Power BI), and partner cross-functionally to inform strategic decisions and improve financial controls.
