Provides administrative and office management support for the Atlanta office, engineering team, and leadership. Responsibilities include coordinating facilities, housing, meetings, training, supplies, safety equipment, recruiting, onboarding, employee reviews, expenses, project records, reports, files, and social events. The role also supports project compliance and requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows, written communication, basic calculations, typing, and occasional physical tasks.

Design and develop software solutions for manufacturing clients (SCADA to MES/MOM). Work in small multidisciplinary teams, support project commissioning onsite, hybrid Smyrna TN role with up to 10% travel. Mentor engineers and apply industrial automation and integration best practices.

Drive technical sales for industrial automation and system integration: qualify opportunities, perform technical discovery, develop proposals, present solutions to executives, manage pipeline in Salesforce, and support account strategy. Build industry knowledge, position EOSYS against competitors, and travel frequently (~60%) to customer sites in manufacturing environments.
