Designs and develops control and application systems for industrial automation. Modifies program logic, evaluates solutions, gains customer requirements, and develops proficiency with PLC/DCS programming, control networks, HMI, and related development tools. Defines scope and deliverables for assigned work.

Drive technical sales for industrial automation and system integration: qualify opportunities, perform technical discovery, develop proposals, present solutions to executives, manage pipeline in Salesforce, and support account strategy. Build industry knowledge, position EOSYS against competitors, and travel frequently (~60%) to customer sites in manufacturing environments.

Design and develop software solutions for manufacturing clients (SCADA to MES/MOM). Work in small multidisciplinary teams, support project commissioning onsite, hybrid Smyrna TN role with up to 10% travel. Mentor engineers and apply industrial automation and integration best practices.
