As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain data models and analytics products, collaborate with teams, and ensure data quality and governance.

Leads tactical supply planning for a global seed portfolio, balancing customer service, inventory, production capacity, and supply risks. Manages and coaches three operational supply planners, coordinates cross-functional supply teams, facilitates supply reviews, supports product introductions and phase-outs, and drives solutions with Production, R&D, Quality, Commercial, and Demand Planning. The role also contributes to inventory management, continuous improvement, and international supply chain projects.

Contribute to cucumber and pumpkin breeding programs by planning and executing breeding activities, selecting lines, evaluating crop traits, maintaining breeding records, planning trials and seed handover, and collaborating with the senior breeder while developing breeding skills and implementing new traits and technologies.
