Lead and manage global quality assurance for vegetable seed production, driving QMS implementation, certifications, audits (RCA & CAPA), process harmonization, training, incident/complaint investigations, and continuous improvement using data-driven insights.

Support global breeding teams by designing, coordinating and executing pre‑breeding projects. Develop and validate molecular tools and introgression pipelines, analyze molecular and phenotypic data, and translate results into practical breeding recommendations. Coordinate international activities, work across lab, greenhouse and field environments, and support breeders to implement complex trait introgression.

Support genomics and breeding research by performing QC and curation of sequence datasets, maintaining and developing bioinformatics workflows and tools, running analyses on HPC, and collaborating with molecular biologists to deliver high-quality data and insights that accelerate breeding leads.
