Lead seed production agronomy research across crops and environments, coach experts, develop innovative and sustainable cultivation practices, and translate scientific findings into scalable production protocols. The role involves managing multidisciplinary research projects, assessing producibility, transferring outcomes to operational teams, developing data-driven strategies, and coordinating external collaborations. Regular international business travel and strong English and French communication skills are required.

Supports vegetable seed production through crop monitoring, field inspections, sampling, grow-outs, harvest and selection, quality checks, and continuous improvement projects. Records and analyzes production data, identifies deviations, maintains administrative records, and escalates issues. The role supports leafy, open-field, and Allium crops, including purity and disease monitoring. It requires outdoor fieldwork, collaboration with growers, national travel, and operational support during changing weather conditions.

Manage operational seed supply planning for the Leafy crop group using O9, monitoring availability, quality, delivery timing, risks, and bottlenecks. Coordinate corrective actions with Production, Demand Planning, R&D, Scheduling, Commercial, and other stakeholders. Support supply planning processes, prioritize gaps, follow up on actions, and contribute to process improvement, change, strategy implementation, and quality initiatives.
