Support Record-to-Report activities including journal entries, allocations, intercompany accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset management, period-end close, and (group) financial statement preparation. Maintain and improve internal control frameworks, support audits, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality financial reporting and consolidation.

Lead and manage seed enhancement research programs from concept to implementation.
