Responsibilities include creating and revising SolidWorks CAD files, selecting materials, analyzing components, building and testing prototypes, preparing engineering drawings and tolerance analyses, and collaborating with design, manufacturing, and quality teams. The role also requires production part approvals, DFMEA/PFMEA experience, and design-for-manufacturability expertise.

Leads Enwork’s sales strategy and revenue growth through independent sales representatives, dealers, design firms, and end-users. Responsibilities include managing strategic accounts and large opportunities, developing markets, presenting products across North America, training sales partners, monitoring sales performance, creating annual plans and sales tools, and conducting competitive research. Requires extensive contract furniture industry sales or business development experience, strong communication, presentation, organizational, technology, and relationship-building skills.
