Supervises airport station operations by leading agents and clerks, supporting performance and budget goals, enforcing safety and compliance standards, resolving customer and operational issues, preparing reports, coordinating with airport and regulatory stakeholders, and maintaining personnel records. Coaches employees, supports administrative procedures, and works operational shifts during peak or irregular periods. Requires airline or airport experience, strong leadership and communication skills, schedule flexibility, and legal authorization to work in the United States.

Supports hub managers and frontline leaders through learning and development programs. Facilitates leadership training, coaches managers, supports onboarding, administers assessments, coordinates training logistics, tracks development milestones, and reports learning outcomes. Partners with hub leadership and Talent Development while applying knowledge of airline hub operations, safety, scheduling, and workforce practices.

Supervise hub administration process improvement by analyzing workflows, developing automation solutions with Excel Macros and Microsoft Power Automate, documenting changes, generating reports, training staff, and coordinating cross-functional implementation. The role requires leadership, independent work, schedule flexibility, physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and work in variable airport environmental conditions.
