Advance regional reliability and Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) programs: analyze vibration, oil, ultrasound, thermography and wireless sensor data; recommend risk-based repairs; audit CBM routes, PMs and lubrication programs; train and coach site technicians; coordinate vendors; perform hands-on troubleshooting, site visits, and CMMS work order tracking while ensuring safety and compliance.

Design, develop, implement, test, and support Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance, Supply Chain, Commerce). Create technical specifications, build reusable solutions, own ISV integrations, troubleshoot issues, perform code reviews, lead development sub-teams, run trainings, and ensure delivery of quality project deliverables within SDLC and budget.

Support plant monthly close, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, assist forecasts and budgeting, process high-volume AP/PO transactions, perform inventory counts and reconciliations, and support operational financial analyses to improve accuracy and efficiency.
