Leads quality engineering across multidisciplinary Agile teams by establishing testing standards, strategies, governance, automation, and quality gates. Develops automated UI and API test suites, integrates testing into CI/CD pipelines, supports functional through acceptance testing, manages defects and test data, and provides release assurance evidence. Coaches engineering teams on shift-left practices and quality improvement while remaining hands-on. The role may also support building and leading a future quality engineering team.

Lead the design, development, testing, and delivery of complex Java software solutions for government and national security customers. Build RESTful microservices, collaborate on frontend and backend systems, establish quality standards, conduct code reviews, explore new technologies, and mentor junior engineers. The role involves technical leadership, Agile delivery, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and working onsite at client locations three to four days per week after obtaining security clearance.

Develop and deploy data science, machine learning, and AI solutions for secure government and intelligence environments. Responsibilities include predictive modelling, NLP, graph analytics, data integration, anomaly detection, model validation, dashboards, and production deployment. The role collaborates with engineering and operational teams to deliver automated insights and decision-support capabilities, while contributing to AI/ML strategy and technical roadmaps.
