Leads strategic sourcing and purchasing operations for raw materials and services. Manages supplier relationships, negotiations, contracts, pricing, inventory, forecasting, procurement policies, and vendor risk. Supervises two employees, analyzes purchasing and sales data, identifies cost savings, supports manufacturing requirements, resolves purchase discrepancies, and develops efficient procurement processes.

Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts as the primary client contact. Responsibilities include onboarding, ongoing support, renewals, relationship management, account performance monitoring, issue resolution, account reviews, and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities. The role coordinates with sales, operations, customer support, and finance teams while maintaining accurate records in ERP, CRM, and other systems.

Leads sales pursuits and program execution across customers and business opportunities. Coordinates cross-functional teams, develops capture strategies, manages pipelines and CRM data, oversees proposals, and drives projects through award. Establishes objectives, timelines, budgets, and milestones; allocates resources, mitigates risks, monitors performance, communicates with stakeholders, leads teams, and manages change. Requires strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills, plus at least five years of industrial sales and customer service experience.
