Develops strategic, conversion-focused creative for Amazon and other marketplace brands. Responsibilities include researching customer behavior and competitors, creating PDP imagery, A+ Content, Brand Stores, Sponsored Brand assets, presenting recommendations, managing multiple brand portfolios and deadlines, and collaborating with creative leadership and account teams. The role requires strong visual design, client communication, project organization, and marketplace expertise.

Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop operations for assigned brand accounts: listings, inventory, fulfillment, violations, and shop-health. Coordinate catalog, promotions, and content; track tasks in project tools; build reports and client updates; and collaborate cross-functionally to align TikTok Shop activity with broader e-commerce strategy.

Supports revenue marketing, brand awareness, and client acquisition through email campaigns, nurture sequences, newsletters, webinars, social media, SEO content, visual design, video editing, reporting, and market research. Collaborates with Marketing and Sales teams to generate qualified interest and improve campaign performance.
