Supports revenue marketing, brand awareness, and client acquisition through email campaigns, nurture sequences, newsletters, webinars, social media, SEO content, visual design, video editing, reporting, and market research. Collaborates with Marketing and Sales teams to generate qualified interest and improve campaign performance.

Manage daily TikTok Shop operations for client accounts, including listings, catalog updates, inventory, fulfillment, promotions, compliance, reporting, and issue resolution. Coordinate with account management, creative, paid social, Amazon, and affiliate teams; track tasks and dependencies; maintain performance dashboards; and support client updates. The role requires hands-on TikTok Shop experience, strong organization and communication, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms and productivity tools.

Lead and own strategic external relationships (VC/PE, family offices, Amazon, platforms, agencies) to generate partner-sourced SQLs and pipeline. Design repeatable partner programs, manage Amazon/platform relationships, implement CRM tagging/tracking, coordinate with Sales and Client Services on scopes and delivery, produce portfolio-level insights and co-marketing, and mentor internal teams to scale partnership impact.
