The Executive Director oversees the Toberman Neighborhood Center, leading strategic and operational initiatives, managing finances and staff, and enhancing community engagement while ensuring compliance and sustainable funding.

Lead all fundraising, donor engagement, and philanthropic partnerships to drive sustainable revenue growth. Develop and execute comprehensive development strategies, cultivate major gifts and institutional funding, oversee campaigns and events, manage and coach the development team, partner with the CEO and Board, and use data and CRM systems to measure and improve fundraising performance.

Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations, lead month- and year-end closes, oversee general ledger, AP/AR, payroll accounting, reconciliations, audits, and grant financial management. Support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, internal controls, process improvements, and serve as a finance partner to programs and business development.
