Lead all fundraising, donor engagement, and philanthropic partnerships to drive sustainable revenue growth. Develop and execute comprehensive development strategies, cultivate major gifts and institutional funding, oversee campaigns and events, manage and coach the development team, partner with the CEO and Board, and use data and CRM systems to measure and improve fundraising performance.

Lead and modernize New Horizons' marketing and communications function. Develop brand and digital strategy, create content and fundraising campaigns, manage websites, social channels, CRM-integrated email, vendors, and analytics. Support development team, board communications, events, and adoption of AI and marketing automation to drive engagement, visibility, and philanthropic growth.

Serve as STEAM:CODERS' chief executive and public ambassador: set strategy, expand fundraising and partnerships, strengthen systems and financial oversight, oversee programs and staff, and increase community visibility to support sustainable growth.
