Leads and scales the nonprofit’s philanthropic program, serving as lead frontline fundraiser for major gifts, annual giving, institutional funding, sponsorships, and capital campaigns. Builds donor pipelines, cultivates and solicits major prospects, advises the CEO and Board, coaches volunteers, manages development staff, strengthens fundraising systems, oversees donor communications and grants, and optimizes Salesforce and fundraising data.

Lead all fundraising, donor engagement, and philanthropic partnerships to drive sustainable revenue growth. Develop and execute comprehensive development strategies, cultivate major gifts and institutional funding, oversee campaigns and events, manage and coach the development team, partner with the CEO and Board, and use data and CRM systems to measure and improve fundraising performance.

Lead and modernize New Horizons' marketing and communications function. Develop brand and digital strategy, create content and fundraising campaigns, manage websites, social channels, CRM-integrated email, vendors, and analytics. Support development team, board communications, events, and adoption of AI and marketing automation to drive engagement, visibility, and philanthropic growth.

Serve on nonprofit boards providing strategic direction, fiduciary oversight, and fundraising support while developing leadership skills and expanding networks.

Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations, lead month- and year-end closes, oversee general ledger, AP/AR, payroll accounting, reconciliations, audits, and grant financial management. Support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, internal controls, process improvements, and serve as a finance partner to programs and business development.

Lead expansion of Corporate Work Study partnerships by identifying, cultivating, and closing employer relationships. Develop outreach and sales strategies, manage CRM and pipeline forecasting, represent the school at community events, support partner onboarding, collaborate with leadership and board, and drive revenue and placement goals to provide student workplace opportunities.
