Lead all fundraising, donor engagement, and philanthropic partnerships to drive sustainable revenue growth. Serve as STEAM:CODERS' chief executive and public ambassador: set strategy, expand fundraising and partnerships, strengthen systems and financial oversight, oversee programs and staff, and increase community visibility to support sustainable growth.

Serve on nonprofit boards providing strategic direction, fiduciary oversight, and fundraising support while developing leadership skills and expanding networks.

The Executive Director oversees the Toberman Neighborhood Center, leading strategic and operational initiatives, managing finances and staff, and enhancing community engagement while ensuring compliance and sustainable funding.

Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations, lead month- and year-end closes, oversee general ledger, AP/AR, payroll accounting, reconciliations, audits, and grant financial management. Support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, internal controls, process improvements, and serve as a finance partner to programs and business development.

Lead expansion of Corporate Work Study partnerships by identifying, cultivating, and closing employer relationships. Develop outreach and sales strategies, manage CRM and pipeline forecasting, represent the school at community events, support partner onboarding, collaborate with leadership and board, and drive revenue and placement goals to provide student workplace opportunities.
