Administers employee leave cases from initial requests through return to work, including FMLA, NYS Paid Family Leave, and NYS Disability processes. Manages benefits enrollments, renewals, carrier paperwork, client groups, commission reconciliation, and invoice audits. Responds to employee and client questions, tracks documentation, resolves billing discrepancies, and handles confidential medical and personal information.

Set up, program (G-code/CAM) and operate 5-axis and other CNC machine tools to produce precision metal parts. Read blueprints, measure with precision instruments, troubleshoot machines, design fixtures, maintain tooling, and follow safety and quality procedures. Cross-train and assist other departments as needed.
