Provide office and HR administrative support including weekly payroll processing, confidential HR assistance to leadership, benefits liaison duties, HR record-keeping and compliance, attendance tracking, phone coverage, invoice reconciliation, and coordinating employee events. Support office operations and maintain confidentiality.

Set up, program (G-code/CAM) and operate 5-axis and other CNC machine tools to produce precision metal parts. Read blueprints, measure with precision instruments, troubleshoot machines, design fixtures, maintain tooling, and follow safety and quality procedures. Cross-train and assist other departments as needed.
