Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of employer clients, managing benefits renewals, open enrollment, carrier negotiations, proposals, and timelines. Coordinate enrollment materials, present renewal strategies, support HR needs, build technology integrations, and respond to client questions. Work from the Buffalo office and travel as needed; focus on client retention and new-business growth.

Set up, program (G-code/CAM) and operate 5-axis and other CNC machine tools to produce precision metal parts. Read blueprints, measure with precision instruments, troubleshoot machines, design fixtures, maintain tooling, and follow safety and quality procedures. Cross-train and assist other departments as needed.
