Manages site development projects from planning and design through bidding and construction services. Responsibilities include overseeing schedules, budgets, deliverables, quality, risks, clients, consultants, regulatory communications, presentations, proposals, and staff development. The role provides technical and client leadership, supervises associates, supports business development, and builds relationships with clients and stakeholders. Projects may involve master planning, site evaluation, utilities, stormwater management, construction documents, and construction-phase services.

Lead and manage the Right-of-Way Group regionally, overseeing right-of-way acquisition, surveying, title research, negotiations, client relationships, quality control, budgets, schedules, business development, staff mentorship, and technical protocol implementation to meet project and financial targets.

This role allows landscape architects, engineers, and designers to work on projects as needed, contributing to community-focused designs and civil engineering solutions.
