Conduct internet and document-based research on construction topics, gather and analyze data, identify patterns and resources, compile findings, and deliver actionable insights and daily presentations to management. The role requires accurate reporting, database management, problem-solving, organization, confidentiality, and communication across executive management. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, research experience, construction-industry knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Controls vehicular and pedestrian traffic around construction work zones, sets up and maintains temporary traffic control devices, communicates with crews and motorists, monitors safety conditions, follows TMUTCD, TxDOT, and OSHA requirements, and completes required documentation. The role requires outdoor work, physical stamina, PPE use, variable schedules, and reliable transportation to Houston-area job sites.

Directs vehicular, pedestrian, and equipment traffic around construction work zones. Sets up, inspects, maintains, and removes temporary traffic control devices; communicates with crews and motorists; monitors hazards; follows TMUTCD, TxDOT, OSHA, and company safety requirements; completes daily documentation; and assists with work-zone setup and breakdown. The role requires outdoor work, extended standing, PPE use, lifting up to 50 pounds, and flexible schedules.
