Lead end-to-end delivery of GIS integration and software implementation projects for utility, telecom, and government clients. Design, develop, and maintain integrations between GIS platforms and ERP/EAM systems using C# .NET and Java. Execute ETL/translation processes, perform data migration, advise on best practices, and manage client relationships and project lifecycle. Travel to client sites (~30%) to support implementations and delivery events.

Lead architecture, design, and delivery of PET product features; write production full‑stack code; champion testing, observability, CI/CD and operational readiness; mentor engineers and collaborate with product to shape technical roadmap.

Support the Enablement GIS team by gathering, organizing, and QA/QC-ing spatial datasets for energy research. Perform basic digitizing and georeferencing, maintain proprietary and open-source GIS layers, and collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and developers while participating in team meetings and learning GIS workflows.
