Lead coordination of creative and marketing projects from brief to delivery. Manage resources, timelines, budgets, vendors and freelancers. Continuously optimise production workflows, partner with stakeholders for visibility, and adopt AI-driven tools to increase efficiency.

Review and assess code and web template submissions (themes, plugins, scripts, templates) against technical, security, usability, documentation, and commercial quality standards. Provide clear decisions and feedback, escalate complex risks, contribute to standards and reviewer calibration, and support continuous improvement and team knowledge sharing.

Provide technical leadership and tooling for Video Template Review teams: evaluate motion-graphics templates, deploy and optimize AI-assisted review workflows, set technical standards, drive automation, support escalations (functionality, licensing, copyright, AI-content), and partner with Product and Engineering to improve review systems and processes.
