Develop and modernize PHP APIs, services, and a React Native mobile application while maintaining a legacy vanilla PHP web platform. Responsibilities include shipping mobile features, debugging production issues, resolving defects, improving performance and reliability, analyzing logs and monitoring data, collaborating with Product, QA, and Support, and applying testing, code review, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development practices.

Perform manual QA for web applications and payment workflows through test planning, functional, regression, UI/UX, negative, and integration testing. Create test cases, document defects, validate REST APIs, assess complex financial workflows, and collaborate with product and engineering teams on acceptance criteria and release readiness. The role also supports repeatable QA processes in a remote, AI-assisted development environment.

Leads a team of onboarding managers and owns the end-to-end customer onboarding and enablement program. Responsibilities include driving software adoption and payments utilization, managing performance, improving playbooks and workflows, overseeing data migration and account activation, resolving escalations, and partnering with Sales, Product, and Customer Success. The role also involves applying AI and automation to improve time-to-value, reporting program metrics, and supporting continued customer revenue growth.
