Manage CRM data, coordinate onboarding/renewals, produce engagement and retention reports, maintain documentation and resources, prioritize and route customer requests, provide administrative support, identify process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer success operations for caregivers and internal teams.

Work with leadership to identify e-commerce growth opportunities, lead 0-to-1 strategic projects, analyze global sales and portfolio data, produce reports and forecasts, and recommend actions to improve revenue and profitability across channels and countries.

Drive customer satisfaction and retention through proactive daily outreach, CRM data management, onboarding coordination, escalation handling, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, support, and clinical teams to ensure timely, efficient homecare service delivery.
