Leads embodied carbon and whole-building life-cycle assessment projects, develops low-carbon building strategies, manages clients and project delivery, supports proposals and business development, mentors staff, coordinates certification deliverables, and guides design and construction teams. The role also develops sustainability expertise, delivers training, presents to clients and industry, and grows the company’s zero-carbon and embodied-carbon consulting practice.

Lead and coordinate end-to-end proposal development for RFPs/RFIs/RFQs: review requirements, run kickoff sessions, write and edit tailored content, ensure compliance and timelines, maintain templates and tools, conduct client debriefs, mentor junior staff, and support business development strategy.
