Develop and maintain secure, scalable Entrust Issuance applications using Java, Spring, React, and modern web technologies. Responsibilities include architecture, coding, testing, debugging, performance tuning, code reviews, threat modeling, CI/CD automation, troubleshooting, documentation, and Agile planning. The developer will collaborate across teams, work independently, and help evolve cloud architecture for scalability and faster product delivery.

Leads the Japan Issuance Inside Sales function, owning Supplies and HMA/SMA revenue execution, pipeline quality, lead qualification, renewals, customer responsiveness, and CRM discipline. Manages two Inside Sales Representatives, coaches performance, partners with Field Sales and Marketing, and improves sales processes through documentation, automation, and workflow simplification. The role supports predictable revenue delivery, stronger opportunity conversion, improved data quality, and reduced operational bottlenecks.

Develop and promote thought leadership content across reports, podcasts, blogs, and videos. Manage editorial planning, recruit contributors, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and activate content through social, email, events, PR, and analyst relations. Track performance, monitor industry trends, and lead rapid-response content initiatives. The role supports customer engagement, demand generation, sales growth, and global marketing campaigns.
