Support Marketing and Sales by tracking campaign and funnel performance, analyzing win/loss and retention trends, maintaining CRM data quality, and delivering insights to optimize demand generation and GTM strategies.

Analyzes customer and product performance data to identify trends, risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities. The role monitors performance indicators, investigates complex issues, develops evidence-based recommendations, communicates findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and coordinates with engineering, product, support, and customer success teams to resolve customer-impacting problems.

Drafts, reviews, and negotiates complex software, cloud, professional services, data protection, OEM, and strategic partnership agreements. Advises the Identity Security business on digital regulatory, compliance, and commercial matters across the Americas. Collaborates with sales, product, finance, procurement, compliance, information security, and other teams while supporting go-to-market models and legal priority projects.
