Lead compliance for Entrust's Data Security Services, ensuring PKI CA and related DSS products meet industry frameworks (e.g., WTCA). Manage audits, evidence collection, auditor engagement, risk remediation, standards-body interactions, and advise product teams on regulatory priorities. Drive compliance programs, maintain documentation, scorecards, and cross-functional coordination while supporting customers and continuous improvement.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for biometric authentication products. Conduct market research, define requirements and pricing, collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and iterate products, monitor performance, and mentor junior product managers. Focus on entering new markets and aligning product direction with business goals and customer needs.
