Implements individualized program and employment plans for participants with disabilities through intake, assessment, training, job coaching, placement, advocacy, documentation, and progress monitoring. Builds employer relationships, develops job opportunities, supports workplace accommodations, and coordinates with families, agencies, and service providers. Maintains participant and employer records, submits reports, ensures compliance, and provides ongoing employment support.

Provide individualized job coaching, employment and independent-living training, transportation and mobility support, advocacy, and workplace accommodations for adults with disabilities or other barriers.
