Build talent pipelines through sourcing, outreach, and referrals; support screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and hiring-manager partnerships. Monitor real-time customer authentications of luxury goods, accurately tag items to support ML training, validate internal tests for new brands/materials, communicate follow-up with customers as needed, and meet SLAs while using internal systems and collaboration tools.
