Two-year early-career fellowship learning venture capital across talent sourcing, founder support, company formation, and launch. The fellow identifies exceptional talent, builds founder networks, advises on career and fundraising decisions, develops investment theses, and contributes to founder selection and capital deployment. The role offers substantial autonomy, mentorship, event participation, and national or international travel, with potential progression into venture capital, startup operations, or founding a company.
