Senior HR Generalist partners with managers and leaders to manage employee relations, performance management, HR operations, benefits, compliance, leave administration, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS data integrity, workforce planning, and HR projects. The role coaches managers, conducts investigations, supports policy and compliance, drives HR process improvements, coordinates employee development and engagement initiatives, and contributes to HR analytics and scalable people practices for a growing professional services firm.
