Supports account reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, financial reporting, workforce cost analysis, audits, and process improvement. Partners with Finance, Workforce Performance & Operations, payroll providers, vendors, and auditors to ensure accurate, compliant, and well-controlled financial operations.

Analyze financial data, build models, prepare forecasts and budgets, perform reconciliations, report KPIs, conduct cost and variance analysis, ensure compliance and recordkeeping, support audits, and recommend process improvements to support the Director of Finance.

Drive project-level financial forecasting, margin and capacity modeling, and predictive analytics. Build automated dashboards and reporting, partner with Delivery/Sales/Operations, analyze cost and margin, own KPIs and budget accountability to improve project profitability and operational outcomes.
