Conducts quality audits of renter’s insurance verification records, coaches team members on errors, leads onboarding and refresher training, analyzes trends, maintains SOPs, and processes a reduced volume of verification cases. The role communicates audit findings to leadership, identifies workflow and knowledge gaps, supports operational compliance, and reviews AI outputs for accuracy, privacy, and adherence to standards.

Reviews and audits resident proof-of-insurance documents against community requirements, updates policy records for changes and cancellations, and maintains accurate data. The role follows SOPs, manages processing queues and service-level targets, escalates complex documents, protects personally identifiable information, and communicates professionally with internal and external stakeholders. It requires precise data entry, strong English comprehension, basic property and casualty insurance knowledge, and proficiency with CRM, ticketing, and office productivity tools.

Manages client invoice portfolios by tracking monthly utility invoices, optimizing receipt methods, resolving discrepancies with providers, scanning mailed invoices, and ensuring compliance with tax and accounting standards. The role also supports property transitions, communicates with clients, meets departmental KPIs, and helps implement invoice-management best practices. This is a hybrid position requiring on-site work at the Lehi office once per week.
