Provide Tier 2 end-user and lab IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and scientific instruments. Support Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools; manage onboarding/offboarding, asset inventory, patching, endpoint management, and backups. Deploy and maintain lab systems (ELN, LIMS, CDS, Chromeleon, SDMS, instrument PCs), ensure integrations, follow change management/validation, coordinate vendors, and drive automation and process improvements in a compliant life sciences environment.

The Associate Director will oversee global regulatory strategies for clinical-stage programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinating submissions and stakeholder communication.

Lead statistical strategy and oversight for clinical trial programs, produce and review SAPs, TFLs, randomization, CRFs, and regulatory submissions; manage outsourced CRO biostatistics, develop novel analytical methods, and contribute to departmental standards and cross-functional initiatives.
