Own the games platform product from concept to live release, defining vision, core platform features, KPIs and instrumentation. Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and leadership to translate ambiguous problems into prioritized product specs, enable live-ops, and iterate using player and developer data to optimise retention, engagement, and monetisation.

Lead visual and brand design across product UI, marketing, social, presentations, and video. Define and extend the Entity brand, produce campaign assets, and translate brand into visual storytelling for product and partners.

Part-time Business Administrator handling finance admin with external accountants, accounts payable/receivable, payroll admin, and basic reporting; manage operations including software licenses, vendor relationships, hardware purchasing, and communications; provide scheduling, meeting and events support, record-keeping, compliance, and HR onboarding/people administration for a distributed startup.
