Own SMS and email orchestration across 10+ brands: design and scale SMS (MMS/RCS), build automated flows, drive subscriber acquisition, enable cross-channel journeys, integrate two-way conversational routing with CS, and ensure high-converting, compliant lifecycle programs that increase LTV and reduce churn.

Manage and optimize automated lifecycle and promotional email campaigns, develop segmentation and A/B tests, analyze performance to drive retention and revenue, collaborate cross-functionally, maintain campaign documentation, and support SMS and other retention efforts.

The Inside Sales Representative will drive sales growth through customer communication across various channels, manage orders, and ensure customer satisfaction. Car enthusiasm is mandatory, along with skills in communication and order management.
