Leads weekend customer experience operations for an automotive e-commerce team. Responsibilities include escalating and resolving customer concerns, managing support queues, coaching and developing agents, conducting team huddles and one-on-ones, and driving service levels, response times, ETA communication, and customer satisfaction. The specialist owns products from concept through commercialization while maintaining project information, resolving issues, and driving multiple initiatives to completion.

Provides technical automotive sales and customer support for Nissan and Infiniti products. Advises customers on products and fitment, processes accurate orders, handles returns and exchanges, resolves issues, follows up with clients, promotes sales through social platforms, and participates in enthusiast events. Requires strong automotive knowledge, communication, problem-solving, customer service, and time-management skills, with occasional nights and rotating weekends.
