Leads cloud infrastructure and information security for customer solutions and Enthought, with a hands-on focus on Azure, AWS, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, identity management, incident response, risk management, and DevSecOps. Owns Tokyo IT and support operations, customer security escalations, deployment hardening, automation guardrails, and technical mentoring. Requires clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders in both Japanese and English.

Leads the company’s global accounting function, financial reporting, accounting systems, internal controls, audit relationships, treasury support, and risk management. Designs an AI-enabled finance function while ensuring secure, documented, auditable processes and accurate financial statements. Advises executives, implements accounting policies, oversees systems upgrades, produces management reports, and builds a skilled accounting team.
