Coordinates mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety design and field activities through construction. Responsibilities include BIM coordination, constructability reviews, subcontractor liaison, safety inspections, RFIs, shop drawing reviews, equipment deliveries, document control, quality tracking, progress reporting, scheduling, commissioning, and project closeout. The role requires 1–3 years of construction coordination experience and proficiency with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Procore, and technical drawings.

Coordinates elevated guideway construction activities, including design changes, schedules, subcontractors, permits, documentation, progress reporting, meetings, and compliance with project standards. The role supports the project manager, supervises engineering and construction work, resolves issues, and helps deliver infrastructure milestones within budget and schedule.

Develop, maintain, and control construction project schedules using Primavera P6. Track dependencies, milestones, critical path activities, progress, schedule variances, delays, and forecast dates. Prepare weekly and monthly reports, support recovery schedules and corrective actions, create micro-schedules, and develop what-if scenarios. Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders in an office-based infrastructure construction environment.
