Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, manage multi-line phone system, provide administrative support (filing, scheduling, invoicing, proofreading), issue security passes, record receipts, and respond to routine inquiries about company services and locations.

Perform routine inspections and quality assurance testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products. Ensure compliance with customer and product specifications, develop procedures to resolve standard issues, support operations and process improvements, work mostly unsupervised, and recommend solutions to product problems. Travel up to 25%.

Develop new prospects and manage assigned customer accounts through face-to-face selling, presentations, proposals, demonstrations, and relationship management to grow sales and margin. Use sales tools, supplier partnerships, and account plans to execute billing margin initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction. Frequent travel and driving required.
