Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, manage multi-line phone system, provide administrative support (filing, scheduling, invoicing, proofreading), issue security passes, record receipts, and respond to routine inquiries about company services and locations.

Perform routine inspections and quality assurance testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products. Ensure compliance with customer and product specifications, develop procedures to resolve standard issues, support operations and process improvements, work mostly unsupervised, and recommend solutions to product problems. Travel up to 25%.

Manage pricing execution and data integrity, perform advanced margin analytics, create and maintain margin impact reports, analyze and update pricing agreements, resolve pricing issues with sales and purchasing, and collaborate on cost protection methods to meet financial goals.
