Lead full-cycle recruiting for field, office, and leadership roles across a multi-state commercial electrical construction workforce. Partner with hiring managers to source, screen, interview, coordinate offers, onboard, maintain ATS records, develop talent pipelines, manage referrals, track metrics, and support workforce planning.

Lead commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, subcontractors, risk, and client relationships. Supervise and mentor project staff, maintain project documentation, and enforce quality and safety standards.

Support and administer company safety programs across construction projects by performing field inspections, incident reporting and investigations, training coordination, compliance documentation, and safety audits. Partner with field leadership and subcontractors to promote hazard awareness, PPE use, and regulatory compliance; maintain records, track corrective actions, and support continuous improvement and emergency response activities.
