Lead delivery of large, complex electrical construction projects or portfolios, owning P&L, contract execution, client relationships, and cross-functional coordination. Develop execution and procurement strategies, manage risks and finances, mentor project staff, and support business development while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance through project closeout and commissioning.

The Director of Training and Development leads training programs and workforce development initiatives, oversees onboarding, and partners with leaders to assess training needs.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for field, office, and leadership roles across multiple states. Partner with hiring managers and field leadership to source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates (Journeymen, Apprentices, Foremen, PMs, Estimators, Superintendents, corporate roles). Build pipelines, manage ATS documentation, report hiring metrics, ensure compliance, and support workforce planning and TA initiatives. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
