Lead delivery of large, complex electrical construction projects or portfolios, owning P&L, contract execution, client relationships, and cross-functional coordination. Develop execution and procurement strategies, manage risks and finances, mentor project staff, and support business development while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance through project closeout and commissioning.

Perform daily jobsite safety inspections, enforce OSHA and NFPA 70E compliance, lead JSAs and safety meetings, investigate incidents, coach crews on PPE and safe practices, support new-hire and subcontractor safety onboarding, and maintain safety documentation while partnering with project leadership to foster a safety-first culture.

The Director of Training and Development leads training programs and workforce development initiatives, oversees onboarding, and partners with leaders to assess training needs.
