Teams at Enterprise Bank & Trust

Analyzes complex commercial credit requests, financial statements, cash flows, loan structures, collateral, and borrower risks. Prepares loan approvals, annual reviews, credit analyses, covenant compliance reviews, and reports. Partners with Commercial Loan Officers on customer calls and underwriting discussions, conducts third-party research, and provides creditworthiness recommendations. Mentors junior analysts and handles challenging assignments with limited oversight.

Manages wealth management compliance activities, including account reconciliations, regulatory reporting, compliance reviews, committee reports, RMD monitoring, ADV notices, and exception tracking. The role coaches team members, resolves complex compliance issues, improves processes, and provides backup for account opening, closing, and fee processing. Requires strong knowledge of investment and compliance regulations, analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability.

Leads IT audit engagements by assessing technology and business-process risks, testing IT controls for SOX and regulatory compliance, documenting workpapers, and presenting findings and recommendations. Supports enterprise risk assessments, updates audit programs and policies, prepares control reports, and contributes to team development. The role requires strong communication, project management, IT governance knowledge, and experience with audit frameworks and financial services environments.
