Support CRA Manager by compiling, maintaining, and validating HMDA and CRA loan data and LARs; perform quality control and testing for compliance; liaise with business units; monitor regulatory changes; prepare management reports; assist with HMDA workflow administration.

Develop and manage commercial loan accounts and client relationships by originating and underwriting credits, monitoring loan portfolios, cross-selling bank products, and proactively building business pipelines while ensuring regulatory compliance and portfolio profitability.

Serve as front-line bank customer service and teller: open accounts, handle transactions, balance cash drawer, resolve client inquiries, support onboarding, assist with consumer loan applications, follow security and compliance procedures, and promote bank products while maintaining strong customer relationships.
