Advises commercial banking business lines on regulatory compliance, analyzes regulatory changes, assesses policies and controls, and supports remediation. Provides guidance on commercial deposit and lending laws, product development, disclosures, monitoring, risk assessments, training, and compliance projects. The role requires strong knowledge of consumer protection regulations, commercial lending, regulatory research, risk analysis, and compliance management systems.

Supports daily Deposit Operations, Cash Operations, and Specialized Deposits activities. Responsibilities include researching balancing discrepancies, processing electronic payment exceptions, returns, chargebacks and adjustments, completing service requests, supporting customers, identifying regulatory or customer-impacting issues, participating in cross-training and projects, and following time-sensitive banking policies and procedures.

Serves as a bank branch’s front-line customer service representative by opening consumer and commercial accounts, handling teller transactions, assisting with consumer loans, resolving customer inquiries, and recommending relevant banking products. Maintains cash drawers and branch balances, supports client onboarding, develops long-term relationships, follows security and regulatory procedures, and contributes to branch and individual goals.
